Making Makking

Means of construction, of shaping – the plans jutting, a call for fissures to align, to bring forward. Catch in the throat – creation, a humble stacking of the blocks, a contortion. That ball swung in the blind translucid; plait the chemical gelid. Beat, flap. Think of a broken thing thrumming in the bowl hands, a frog/bat, soundless pitched horror. Or another woven bone-cage, gilded rack. Fire that fluted cup in a coarse furnace. Of hands, thumbing a mud – eras of white compliance. The fingerprinted (fingerpored) underside, striations – an ordinance.

Ordinal humps, flecked bend of a dampended strut, immured in that balsa carcass. Steam and coat/coax fibre upon fibre – an orocyx hunted or hollowed. Chitter the knotted resin-blank.

Numbered elements, traced; pinned and ruled. Sprue or plaster, rounded polyurethane edge. Look for the dimension, the giving back – assume erosion. A nether spirit fired into the glaze. Some homonculous dented by a fat-fingered deity, grubbed at and hoarsely coghed over by the rheumy magician.

The selvedge of the union heart, stamping in its stall. Caught in magicking still greater unions, mumbling the wet clay into forms undreamt – the eyebrow raised as the light splays over your rib and back. A strutting juncture. The intersect of made and wanted, interstice of what comes before. Arched, cricked – that unlit core brilliant at last;
